MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
Don Reist, Director Membership chairs this Committee with Lucy Cluff, Heather Kane, Deborah DaSilva and Brenda Marsland serving as Volunteers.
This Committee was formed to assist the Director Membership with some of the additional workload associated with DHSBA membership activities.
The main responsibilities of Volunteers will be to help with the registration table at all membership meetings as well as greet members and visitors as they arrive and leave these meetings. A major function will be to brief visitors on the benefits of becoming a DHSBA member and to answer any questions they may have about the Association, its objectives and activities.
The following responsibilities may also be included in a Volunteer's work:
* maintaining membership records on computer and on the DHSBA website,
* assisting with handling annual membership renewals and
* assisting with handling email "blasts" to all DHSBA members concerning meetings and other important matters.
