Kathryn Hotte

 Having traveled to over 16 countries, facilitating training on pretty much every continent and overcoming many challenges throughout her career, Kathryn knows what it’s like to start at the bottom and work her way up. From a sales person to the director of international training and development, Kathryn knew what it took to get where she needed to go. “Believe to Achieve” was her motto, and throughout her career she stuck with this, and it worked. With many achievements along the way like top sales awards, (including the top Canadian national award), a Canadian Society for Training and Development award and a company achievement award, Kathryn always strived for the next challenge and there were many. However, her enduring love for her work, the never ending drive to get the training out there where it was needed, and the need to get it facilitated in an interactive, fun way was always her goal.

Today Kathryn has embarked on a new challenge, one that once again puts her at the bottom and challenges her to work her way up. Owning her own business required her to use all the tools and experience she had gained throughout her career, and then some. The challenges are different, but the drive is the same, and yes “Believe to Achieve” is still her motto.
